Lauren is a Nashville native, with strong ties in the Davidson and Williamson County legal communities. While obtaining her law degree, Lauren served as a Judicial Clerk for the Williamson County Judges from 2005 to 2007. After earning her law license, Lauren practiced with a highly regarded Middle Tennessee law firm for 10 years, where she focused her law practice on business and real estate transactions and litigation.
Lauren has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of disputes and litigation, including business, real estate, contracts, will/trust contests, conservatorships, unfair competition, trade secrets, construction defects, property owner rights, developer rights, boundary line, and easement disputes, adverse possession claims, condemnation, torts, premises liability, personal injury and wrongful death. Lauren also represents individuals facing family law issues such as divorce and the division of complex marital assets. Lauren's background in business and real estate matters gives her a unique and valuable perspective when assisting with the division of high asset and complex marital estates.
In addition to her time in the courtroom, Lauren counsels her clients with regard to business and real estate transactions. She also represents individuals and families with regard to estate planning, trust planning, conservatorship, and probate administration.
Lauren lives in the Franklin area with her children and volunteers with local charities Room in the Inn and GraceWorks Ministries. She enjoys staying active through running, swimming, biking, and yoga.
